Founded and led by Michi Rice, G Force was born out of a desire to go beyond the scoreboard and create a program where young players are seen, supported, and developed as both athletes and individuals. Michi’s tireless dedication has built an environment that fosters self-esteem, discipline, teamwork, and love for the game—while planting seeds of purpose that extend far beyond the court.
